Loft Orbital, a leader in end-to-end space missions, seeks a senior, highly autonomous business development leader focused on commercial space companies and constellation operators across the Americas. You will originate opportunities, guide full-cycle deals, and shape funded missions with strategic partners.

You will engage C-level and technical stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and build long-term programs with Loft Orbital's growing portfolio in Earth observation, IoT, AI, and national security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development or strategic sales with a hunter mindset.
• Deep understanding of the space industry and technical infrastructure.
• Able to build credibility with C-level and technical stakeholders and operate in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential companies and build early relationships across the Americas.
• Originate new business and lead full-cycle BD through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Develop strategic partnerships and expand accounts into repeat or constellation-scale programs.
