Director of Solution Design to lead our corporate logistics solutions team and drive the growth of our global 3PL services. This strategic role will oversee solution design initiatives, pricing strategies, and process improvements for a large service offering. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in warehouse design, industrial engineering, and logistics operations with strong leadership and client engagement skills. As the Director of Solution Design, you will collaborate with business development and commercial leaders to create tailored solutions for clients, support RFP/RFQ processes, and deliver impactful presentations. You will champion continuous improvement across our warehouse network, leveraging data analytics, lean methodologies, and emerging technologies to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost control.
