Job summary

You will guide Software Development Managers, establish engineering best practices, and drive scalable, high-quality software delivery across multiple teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role in software development.
• Strong technical background with modern software engineering practices.
• Experience managing multiple teams and leaders (Managers, Leads).
• Experience leading Agile transformations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and executive collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall software development strategy.
• Lead and mentor Software Development Managers and senior technical leaders.
• Build a high-performing, scalable engineering organization.
• Drive technology roadmaps and innovation initiatives.
• Oversee delivery of multiple software initiatives on time and within scope.
