Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with hands‑on development.
• 7+ years leading and developing high‑performing software engineering teams.
• 3+ years designing and operating microservices architectures.
• Experience with IaC and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish software engineering standards and guidelines and communicate risks with mitigations.
• Define and execute team structure to maximize agility and efficiency; provide people management and mentoring.
• Develop and monitor technology strategy; ensure high platform performance and quality through automated testing and governance.
• Collaborate across business units to deploy solutions aligned with key initiatives and new revenue opportunities.
• Monitor and manage budgets for software engineering teams.
