Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years directly managing engineering teams.
• Track record shipping production-grade software across full stack.
• Hands-on fluency with our stack: Go, React, MongoDB, Redis, gRPC, GraphQL, Temporal, Ubuntu, AWS.
• Daily fluency with AI coding assistants and AI-driven SDLC workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software developers across frontend, backend, cloud, and instrument software.
• Set technical direction, define priorities, and align execution with product roadmaps.
• Own hiring, 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development for the team.
• Foster ownership, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage team budget, capacity planning, and cross-team dependencies; partner with cross-functional leaders.
• Champion agentic SDLC practices and AI-driven workflows across the software org.
