We are seeking an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead our team and solve complex problems and implement new features into our enterprise software suite. This full-time position will be open to remote employees. To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of a growing team of 8 software engineers (front-end, back-end and QA).
• Spent time between managing and empowering the software team to do their best work, setting technical strategy and contributing as an individual contributor.
• Collaborate with product, data and hardware teams to understand software development requirements.
• Handle tactical and strategic decisions to advance the company’s technical roadmap.
• Scale our technology to support growth.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience • B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics or Software Engineering and a minimum of 5 years extensive in .Net development and multi-threading experience required.
• MS preferred.
