Job summary

LeoForce in San Jose is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead our growing engineering organization. You will own platform architecture, delivery velocity, and the delivery of secure AI-enabled SaaS products with an expanding customer base.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership as Sr. Manager or Director, strong CI/CD and DevOps leadership, startup experience at a VC-backed company, and a deep understanding of AI models and threats.
