Paycom - ATS is seeking a Director of Social Work in Fayetteville, NC to lead the social work team in a long-term care setting. You will coordinate care, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while enhancing resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and state credential (LSW/LCSW).
• Minimum two years in long-term care setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MDS/CAA/CP, BIMS, PHQ9 is preferred.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
