Qualifications

• LTC/Nursing Home Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Motivate residents to participate in activities and social events.
• Informal counseling and uncover any problems interfering with residents' socialization.
• Help residents share personal problems and provide daily contact to support welfare.
• Find solutions to issues concerning residents, family and facility and report grievances to the administrator.
