What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Social Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a best-in-class organic and paid social strategy that strengthens brand affinity and awareness, increases engagement, and drives follower growth & conversions.
- Own and manage a social media calendar across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels).
- Translate brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments into compelling social-first content.
- Implement a test-and-learn approach to optimize content performance and social growth.
- Manage social media agency, internal creators, as well as the SMM Manager & Community Manager.
Content & Community Management
- Build and scale the brand ambassador & influencer partnerships programs.
- Implement influencer-supported brand campaigns for key partners, delivering media value & fostering partner acquisition & retention.
Performance & Insights
- Analyze & report on key performance metrics (follower growth, engagement, reach, conversion rates).
- Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with User Acquisition teams to optimize paid social strategies that drive new subscriber acquisition.
- Support increasing Lifetime Value by partnering with the Integrated Marketing team & promoting subscriber-focused programs.

What You’ll Need to Have
- A deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), their algorithms, and best practices.
- A proven track record of leading social media strategy for top-tier accounts, with measurable impact on engagement and revenue.
- A passion for content creation with a strong eye for visuals and storytelling; experience in social media content creation and willingness to be on camera are a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams and external resources.
- Ability to balance brand-building with KPI-driven social media marketing.
- Awareness of cultural trends, social media innovations, and internet moments.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Dash Hudson, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics).
Salary: $140,000-$150,000 + 15% Bonus
