Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven leadership in security engineering or enterprise security technology programs.
• Experience building custom security solutions with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise security technology strategy and roadmap.
• Evaluate current capabilities and identify opportunities to improve coverage and resilience.
• Drive technology selection, integration, and optimization across the security ecosystem.
• Design and develop custom security solutions, automation, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Establish a build-versus-buy strategy and lead implementation when needed.
• Lead initiatives leveraging AI to enhance security operations and analytics.
• Establish and evolve security controls, governance, and operational practices for AI/agentic systems.
• Collaborate with Security Architecture, Cyber Defense, Security Platform Ops, IT, and GRC teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for leadership.
