Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a Director of Safety and Security to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of physical security and employee safety programs across U.S. and Mexico locations.

This hands-on role involves vendor selection, system implementation, and site-level protocol design to mitigate risk. You will partner with EHS, HR, IT, and Operations to standardize protocols, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with local laws.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate security, physical security, or safety/security management with multi-site responsibility.
• Experience operating in U.S. and Mexico; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Demonstrated experience selecting and managing security vendors (camera systems, access control, guard services).

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee physical security infrastructure across U.S. and Mexico sites.
• Develop and enforce security policies, SOPs, and risk-based protocols.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with EHS, HR, IT, and Operations to mitigate risk.
• Lead security vendor management, budget planning, and program maturity reporting.
