Job summary

Andy Frain Services, Inc. seeks a proactive Security Manager to oversee a client contract in Indiana. You will lead Supervisors and staff, manage performance, service levels, and budgets, and maintain a safe environment for employees and visitors.

Build relationships with local authorities and coordinate with facility management to meet security needs. You will train staff, develop post orders, ensure compliance, and drive incident response across shifts, while maintaining client satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; background check required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV, and access to computer systems.
• One year in a management position within Security Industry.
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to meet licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead direction at client sites and enforce security programs.
• Maintain post orders, complete rounds, and file daily/weekly reports.
• Develop and implement security procedures and ensure compliance with laws.
• Maintain knowledge of life safety systems and operate related equipment.
• Coordinate with Operations to monitor account performance and staffing.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submissions as needed.
• Ensure adequate security coverage across all posts and shifts.
• Meet with client representatives to review performance and requirements.
