Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a highly motivated security supervisor to manage a security contract, oversee Supervisors and staff, and ensure performance, service and budget adherence at the assigned account.

You will build relationships with local police and fire departments, enforce post orders, maintain logs, coordinate emergency responses, and lead training for officers while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
• Background check required; employment contingent on clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
• One year (1 yr.) in a management position within Security Industry.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
• CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
• Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

Responsibilities

• Lead at client site; enforce security/safety programs and ensure post orders are followed.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports and logs; ensure rounds are completed.
• Develop and implement security procedures; respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities.
• Inspect and manage staffing; train and certify security personnel.
• Communicate with Operations manager regarding account performance and safety issues.
• Meet with client representatives to review performance and improve services.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Managing Director.
