Job summary

HSH seeks a Director of Security — Security and Operational Risk to lead security strategy, policy development, and risk management across properties. The role requires establishing standardized policies, directing training on health and safety, and overseeing personnel actions with clear performance standards.

Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree with substantial security management experience and bilingual communication skills to liaise with international teams and guests.

Qualifications

• Bilingual-Native English Speaker plus Chinese as preference.
• 3 years' and more security management experience in charge.
• Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement departmental policies and procedures in accordance with property/corporate security and loss control requirements to ensure security personnel provide maximum guest, employee, and property safety and security at all times, as stipulated in The Operation Risk Manual Curriculum.
• Coordinate and maintain adequate training programs in occupational health and safety to staff (For example: Arcimboldo borne Pathogens, Fire Safety, etc), complying with minimum local legal requirements.
• Prepare, justify and approve all personnel actions; set work standards and evaluates performance
