Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Security Director to lead on-site security services for a key account in New York, NY. You will manage client issues, liaise with contacts, and build strong relationships while guiding projects, onboarding, and compliant program delivery.

You will analyze data, prepare reports, ensure KPIs, and provide pricing with local branches. A college degree or equivalent, 3+ years in security ops, and MS Office/CRM proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in security operations with growing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
• Keep CSF and ASF current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates with local branch and executive sponsor.
• Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Responsibilities as a Security Director

• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:
