The Director will provide significant contribution to the accounting function for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. The role has full responsibility for ensuring timely and accurate filing of Form 10‑Q and Form 10‑K, providing support to the IR team during the earnings process, security analyst meetings, and all other external filings with the SEC. The Director will work closely with EY, IR, GBU finance teams, corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A), tax and others to ensure timely and accurate SEC filings. The Director will communicate and drive adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the organization’s financial goals and policies.
Success depends on a strong knowledge of US GAAP, familiarity with SEC reporting guidelines, strong writing skills, and an eagerness to understand HPE’s business operations. The role requires engagement with external auditors (EY), Legal, Corporate FP&A, Close Reporting, and partners in the business and Corporate functions. This position is based at our HQ in Spring, TX.

United States of America: Annual Salary USD 143,500 - 347,500 in Texas. The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
