Click Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Director / Senior Director, Science to bridge scientific innovation, product development, and commercial strategy in a hybrid role based in Boston or NYC.

You will lead external communications, engage KOLs, support business development, and collaborate with product, clinical, and regulatory teams to translate complex data into actionable clinical narratives for Click's digital therapeutics portfolio.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree required (MD/PhD/PsyD/PharmD).
• Deep CNS expertise (psychiatry, neurology, psychology) with evidence-based nonpharmacological/biobehavioral treatment.
• 5+ years in life sciences/digital health/pharma within a regulated space; product/Medical Affairs/BD experience desired.
• Proven record of writing, publishing, and speaking externally.
• Flexible, startup‑minded, able to support multiple products and initiatives.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex science into business opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Scientific Communications & External Leadership: Publish, speak, and represent Click externally at conferences.
• BD Support: Provide scientific credibility to BD efforts and create compelling proposals.
• Partner Management: Act as scientific liaison for partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Product Support: Lead across digital therapeutic products in a lean startup env.
• Product Collaboration: Align product development with latest clinical evidence and market access needs.
