Your Role As The Director Of School And Services

• Lead and implement the school’s strategic vision to support students with diverse learning, behavioral, and developmental needs.
• Ensure all academic, therapeutic, and operational programs align with organizational mission, values, and state/federal regulations.
• Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team delivering instructions, therapy, and behavioral support; foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Oversee IEP compliance, student admissions, and communication with families, LEAs, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor student progress and program effectiveness, maintaining compliance with education and special education standards.
• Manage school operations, including budgeting, facilities, staff training, and adherence to safety and confidentiality policies.
• Cultivate community partnerships and parent engagement while promoting continuous staff learning and professional development.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Special Education, ABA, Social Work, or any related field
• Active PA Special Education teaching certification
• At least five (5) years of experience serving in a lead position in an environment with children with learning and behavioral challenges
