Job summary

National Heritage Academies will seek a Director of School Quality to provide day-to-day operations support for assigned NHA schools in WI, IN, and West Michigan. The role requires residency in Milwaukee, WI, IN, or West Michigan to support NHA schools.

Principals report to the Director of School Quality; the position involves coaching, data-driven improvement, and coordinating training and resources across the Service Center; Frequent travel to campuses.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of principal experience.
• Proven track record of student academic gains.
• K-8 or K-12 experience required.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operations support for NHA schools.
• Coach deans and principals; develop leadership.
• Monitor school performance using data.
• Set annual goals and review progress weekly.
• Collaborate with Service Center to allocate resources.
• Travel to campuses to support quality.
• Ensure equity in student outcomes across schools.
• Participate in board and hiring processes as needed.
