Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree required, in Education or in another field with Education-related courses.
  • Management experience required.
  • Must complete Montessori Certification within first year of employment
  • CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to initiate and maintain working relationships with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to multitask in a school setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy in Office Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based applications, and proficient in the use of office equipment.
  • Procare, Paylocity, Monday.com experience a plus

Working and Physical Demands-

  • Office based, requires full range of body motion including; bending, sitting, and standing through the required hour work day.
  • May require working under stressful conditions, and requires flexibility in response to staffing needs. Must be regularly available and willing to work at least required hours per day and weekends as requested.
  • Perform duties onsite unless otherwise indicated and approved.
