Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Director of Schools & Services to oversee systems supporting students with complex learning and behavioral needs. You will ensure IEP compliance, strengthen collaboration across teams, and promote positive outcomes for students and families.

You will lead IEP processes, coordinate staff development, and build partnerships with families, districts, and community stakeholders. This role requires a Master’s degree and PA Special Education certification, with at least

• Master's degree in special education, ABA, social work, or a related field.
• Pennsylvania Instructional I or II Special Education certification.
• At least two years in a lead role supporting students with learning or behavioral challenges.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate, lead training, and build relationships with families and districts.
