Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the overall sales strategy to achieve organizational goals
- Lead day-to-day sales operations, including responding to leads and preparing proposals
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients for successful onboarding
- Support the sales team as needed to maintain continuity in client engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and client services to enhance client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role and 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services
- Proven track record of leading a sales team to achieve measurable success
- Strong business acumen and familiarity with operations
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
