Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive federal sales strategy targeting DoD, Civilian, and FedRAMP-authorized markets
  • Manage the entire federal sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including capture strategy and proposal development
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships within federal agencies and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with federal compliance requirements
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to federal account executives and support teams
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales experience within the U.S. Federal Government sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of selling cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions to federal agencies
  • Deep knowledge of federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, and compliance requirements
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Skilled in MEDDPIC and Value Selling frameworks
  • Experience working in or with companies that operate within the FedRAMP ecosystem
