What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of 4-8 sales managers across the United States to achieve sales objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the building materials industry
- Strong knowledge and experience in technical product selling
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to lead in a matrixed environment
- Proven track record of driving teams to execute strategies and deliver superior results
