Job Details

As the Director of Sales, Oncology Clinical Insights, you will drive our market research and educational solutions, managing sales and account processes for offerings that address critical challenges faced by healthcare stakeholders, including pharmaceutical manufacturers and cancer testing companies. Oncology experience is required.

You will identify opportunities, lead contract negotiations, and build strong relationships with corporate partners to meet revenue goals. If you are passionate and eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, support new business development, prepare presentations and proposals.
  • Lead proposal writing, contracting, client presentations, and pricing discussions.
  • Communicate client needs across the organization and address any issues.
  • Act as a client advocate to ensure delivery of key program objectives.
  • Analyze market dynamics and develop strategies for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client goals.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards.
  • Expand contact base within existing partners using business development techniques.
  • Document all sales activities and participate in meetings and reporting.
  • Engage with client teams to present solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Travel as needed for meetings and conferences, including ASCO and other events.
Minimum Requirements
  • B.S. degree required; M.B.A. or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of healthcare/pharmaceutical sales experience, with oncology experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of clinical data sets and market research tools.
  • Experience in oncology, outcomes research, reimbursement, or government affairs preferred.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel domestically.

Salary Range

$121,000 - $186,230, depending on location and experience.
