Reporting to the Senior Vice President, this leader will drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across North America while building alignment with global strategy and coordinating closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Operations. Travel is required to support customer engagement, team leadership, and market development.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of North American sales strategy, identifying and executing profitable growth opportunities by market segment, application, and customer
  • Evaluate market dynamics, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and customer requirements to shape sales tactics
  • Lead and develop a team including Market Managers (On-Road and Off-Road), Account Management, and Customer Relations
  • Manage and expand relationships with key OEM customers and strategic accounts, maintaining strong ties with decision-makers across engineering, purchasing, and executive leadership
  • Drive account penetration and increase share of wallet, positioning the company as a preferred supplier
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to align product offerings with market needs
  • Monitor product and account profitability, leading corrective actions such as pricing adjustments, cost-reduction initiatives, or product rationalization when needed
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activity, customer trends, and emerging technologies, to support strategic planning
  • Maintain a strong market presence through customer visits, industry events, and trade organizations

Compensation
  • $160,000 to $200,000 per year, plus bonus
