Job description

I joined as a server on the catering staff. Thanks to Hyatt's training and support, I now oversee a brilliant team that helps bring events to life.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage all hotel brand contacts, including sales and marketing communications, to maintain the hotel’s brand positioning and concept as outlined in the Annual Business Plan.
  2. Monitor and evaluate local, national, and international market trends, as well as initiatives from competitor hotels and restaurants, to ensure the hotel’s marketing and operations remain competitive and innovative.
  3. Oversee integrated marketing communications, including advertising, promotions, collateral, and e-marketing, ensuring they are targeted, effective, deliver a reasonable ROI, stay within budget, and comply with Hyatt’s brand standards and policies.
  4. Manage weekly yield meetings and monthly strategic meetings to develop and refine marketing strategies, short-term pricing, and channel tactics.
  5. Develop a clear, concise, and measurable Strategic Revenue Plan monthly to track effectiveness efficiently.
