Your Role in Creating Geronimo Moments

Ensure every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Use your voice to build the future, make an impact, and enhance the guest experience. As the Director of Sales, oversee all sales managers, focusing on lead management, growing accounts, developing new business, and communicating sales activities.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Promote open communication culture.
  • Develop leadership skills and team potential.
  • Manage all sales activities, forecasting, lead generation, and client follow-up for Indianapolis lodging and F&B operations.
  • Expand customer base and generate sales.
  • Set objectives and implement action plans to meet targets.
  • Manage sales calls, site tours, and related activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align sales efforts with advertising strategies.
  • Meet with property managers to align sales goals.
  • Identify target accounts and present products/services.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze and improve sales approaches.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to meet sales objectives.
Requirements
What It Takes to Succeed
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in business development or similar roles.
  • Persistence, product knowledge, and strong communication skills.
  • Planning and analytical skills to develop strategies and adjust to market trends.
  • Leadership qualities to manage and coordinate a team (if applicable).
Mandatory Requirement
