Adams Radio Group is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead their accomplished team of Account Executives in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The DOS will be responsible for working with the existing sales staff, recruiting new account executives, and driving revenue for the cluster. This is not a stay-behind-the-desk position as the DOS will be out in front of customers each week training and presenting ideas that drive business revenues for all.
The right candidate is organized, exudes a strong work ethic, and develops strategies that result in the attainment of monthly and quarterly budgets. Success will come from marketing plans that combine traditional OTA advertising with the utilization of our digital assets along with event marketing.
This person must have a proven track record of success in selling, recruiting, training, and building a winning team. The DOS will also be active in the community, representing the interests of Adams Radio Group and those of our customers.
