Overview

You will drive strategic customer engagement, shape market-facing messaging, and oversee the end-to-end sales process for innovative methane reduction solutions. This position involves relationship-building with executive stakeholders in the oil and gas sector, developing and executing account strategies, and contributing to company-wide growth initiatives. Remote flexibility is offered, with occasional travel for client or industry engagements.

Accountabilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline development, deal negotiation, and account relationship management
  • Partner with marketing to design and execute targeted lead generation campaigns
  • Develop and convey strategic value propositions, highlighting differentiated solutions that address customer needs
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders to influence methane program decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Field Operations, Analysis, and Reporting) to optimize resources and achieve growth and environmental impact objectives
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events, cultivating relationships that lead to business opportunities
  • Utilize internal research to understand market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer priorities, tailoring solutions for maximum impact
Requirements
  • Proven experience in full-cycle enterprise sales, preferably in the oil & gas upstream or midstream markets
  • Strong strategic, consultative selling skills and experience managing complex deals
  • Superior listening and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work collaboratively across teams
  • Knowledge of methane industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and operational challenges (preferred)
  • Technical or engineering experience at the field level (preferred)
  • Existing high-level contacts in the oil & gas sector (preferred)
  • Location: must be based in Texas or Oklahoma
