What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and execute the overall North American AV sales strategy, including forecasting and territory planning
- Lead, mentor, and grow the AV sales team across North America, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Drive adoption of AV over IP solutions and consistently meet quarterly and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with OEM, Distribution, Marketing, and Engineering to support key accounts and launch initiatives
- Represent the employer at industry events and high-level customer meetings
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Pro AV or Broadcast markets
- Strong expertise in AV over IP technologies and networking solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building market share
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Demonstrated success leading and scaling sales teams across a multi-country region (U.S. and Canada preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Experience driving results through distributor and channel partnerships
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America
