The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Georgia is seeking a Director of Sales to lead hotel sales efforts across the group, aligning with operations and revenue management.
You will oversee property-based sales teams, inspire collaboration, mentor staff, and develop strategies to maximize top-line revenue. This role reports to the General Manager and Home Office Director of Events, Catering, and Rooms Sales, with growth opportunities across 30+ locations.

The Director of Sales will apply their operations experience and team leadership skills to ensure that each IRHG hotel is providing a great experience for team members and guests and maximizing all hotel profit opportunities.
The Director of Sales has dual reporting responsibility to the hotel’s general manager and to the home office director of events, catering, and rooms sales.
