Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the marketing and sales strategy for our community, driving occupancy, revenue, and long-term growth. You will build referral networks, manage CRM-based prospecting, and coordinate with the Executive Director on weekly strategy.

The role requires proven sales and marketing success, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Strategy by analyzing local market trends and creating dynamic Sales & Marketing Plans.
• Drive Revenue & Growth to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets; maximize top-line performance.
• External Business Development through presentations to referral partners and credentialing with facilities.
• Oversee Move-In Experience, coordinating assessments and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Financial & Team Leadership by managing budget and coaching community teams on sales accountability.

Pay Range: 34.00 - 39.83
