Ketchum & Walton Co. is seeking a Director of Sales in Chicago to lead sales strategy, build a high‑performing team, and drive revenue growth across multiple office locations.
You will implement the Sandler selling system, coach the sales staff, and collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with growth objectives. The Director of Sales is a driven and strategic sales leader who balances results, relationships, and long-term vision. They lead with accountability, influence others effectively, and build strong alignment across teams. With a focus on team development, you coach and mentor others to elevate performance while driving sustained business success. Key strengths include strong communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, problem-solving, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Status: Full-Time, onsite
Job Class: Exempt
Annual Base Pay Range*: $135,000-$175,000*
Compensation Disclosure: The salary range provided reflects the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. Placement within the range depends on several factors, including relevant experience, education, specialized skills, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity.
