Compensation: OTE $150-$200+

We are actively seeking an exceptional individual to fill the pivotal role of Director of Sales for our newly created Dental Division. The perfect candidate for this position is someone who boasts a profound understanding and experience in both inbound and outbound sales, specifically tailored to digital marketing services powered by Roya’s proprietary Canvas Platform and aimed at dental organizations across the nation. This role requires an individual who is adept at prospecting, creating effective sales scripts, excelling in software selling techniques, providing impactful coaching, and proficient in team management. As the leader of this division, you will spearhead our initiatives to expand our dental sector. Your responsibilities will include devising comprehensive strategies and overseeing a dedicated team of account executives, with the goal of driving substantial and sustainable growth within our dental vertical.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Build and lead the Dental sales team in prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new dental clients for our digital marketing and website design services.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the dental market, increase revenue, and achieve business objectives.
  • Team Building and Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on the dental vertical, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive success.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the dental industry to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our digital marketing and Canvas Platform product offerings tailored to the dental sector, effectively communicating value propositions to potential clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth within the dental market.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess sales effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Budget Management: Manage sales budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently to support sales initiatives and maximize ROI.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling digital marketing services and website design solutions, preferably within the dental industry.
  • Previous experience in sales management or team leadership roles, with demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, website design concepts, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Preferably Salesforce) and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
