About the Role

We are assisting VC-backed tech startups in building Finance and Operations teams. Currently, we are partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed SaaS scale-up transforming healthcare by providing providers with data, insights, and tools to improve outcomes and streamline operations.

This company is led by an exceptional senior leadership team with backgrounds in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and the Big 4, focusing on building SaaS startups. They seek a Director of Revenue Operations to drive insights into company performance and have a significant business impact.

Backed by the same private equity firm as some of tech's biggest success stories, this is a pivotal time as they scale towards an exit in the next few years. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute and capable of viewing the business holistically, building cross-functional relationships.

Role Overview

As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will align sales, marketing, and customer success operations to maximize efficiency and revenue. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, your responsibilities include developing revenue strategies, overseeing GTM performance metrics, and supporting revenue teams with processes, insights, and technology.

Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to refine pipeline management, forecast accuracy, lead conversion, and GTM efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain key revenue metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for leadership insights.
  • Streamline workflows and enhance automation across CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of sales and marketing technology platforms.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Customer Success to align GTM strategies with business objectives.
  • Support sales enablement with resources, data, and tools for success.
  • Contribute to GTM strategy development, supporting scaling and exit planning with executive leadership.
Candidate Profile
  • Extensive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy within high-growth SaaS.
  • Proven track record in optimizing revenue operations and processes in PE or VC-backed environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision making, sales forecasting, and performance analytics.
  • Deep experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of working cross-functionally across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Experience preparing revenue operations for scalability and exit strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategic thinking with execution.
