You will manage projects, guide teams, and present outcomes to senior client stakeholders, delivering measurable improvements across financial and operational metrics.

The role emphasizes building trusted client relationships, developing robust models (cash flow, pro‑forma, KPI dashboards), and driving value through interim leadership and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance or related healthcare field.
• Experience with revenue cycle in a hospital or health system.
• Knowledge of government and third-party payors.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word; SQL/BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements and mentor junior staff on revenue cycle projects.
• Build and present financial and operational models to clients.
• Manage project plans, deadlines, and client communications.
