Enlightened Recovery in Egg Harbor City, NJ is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead and optimize our billing operations. This role develops and implements efficient systems to maximize revenue and operational efficiency within a modern office environment.

Applicants with behavioral health experience and knowledge of out-of-network billing are preferred. You will work cross-functionally to improve reimbursement and ensure payer compliance, reporting to Senior Management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in billing, receipt posting, and account resolution (healthcare setting preferred).
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of reimbursement trends and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the billing department to ensure accurate, timely claims submission to commercial carriers and intermediaries.
• Serve as a key liaison between Billing, Collections, and Senior Management.
• Analyze and implement process improvements that enhance reimbursement for services rendered.
• Ensure payer compliance and uphold internal and external billing policies and standards.
• Oversee all client billing and collections operations.
• Set up new client pay agreements within the billing system.

This role will be developing and implementing efficient systems that maximize both revenue and operational efficiency. What You’ll Do

• Serve as a key liaison between Billing, Collections, and Senior Management.

• Set up new client pay agreements within the billing system.
