• Provide strategic direction to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial reporting.
• Protect enterprise assets, identify operational risks, and ensure revenue activities are documented, reviewed, and reconciled properly.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of privileged information.

Under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Finance, the Director of Revenue Audit Operations provides leadership and oversight for all revenue audit functions for the property. This position ensures consistent application of audit standards, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across the property. The Director of Revenue Audit Operations establishes policies and procedures, reviews audit results, and ensures accurate reporting of gaming and non-gaming revenues in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), and the Navajo Nation Gaming Regulatory Office (NNGRO) requirements.

The Director provides strategic direction to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial reporting. This position plays a key role in protecting enterprise assets, identifying operational risks, and ensuring that all revenue activities are documented, reviewed, and reconciled properly.
