Job summary

Vanderbilt University is seeking a Director of Reunion and Class Engagement to lead a team and drive volunteer engagement for undergraduate classes, Reunion, and Homecoming. You will coordinate with the Senior Director and partners across Development and Alumni Relations to advance strategy, data reporting, and donor participation.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and the ability to manage multiple programs, including communications, class books, and peer-to-peer

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Higher education experience preferred for Reunion/Homecoming roles.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• At least two years’ direct experience managing volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four Associate Directors in volunteer management and engagement.
• Grow annual giving participation through volunteer outreach and peer-to-peer campaigns.
• Drive Reunion and Homecoming engagement, philanthropy, and donor participation.
• Collaborate with ceremonies, events, MarComm, and data teams to execute plans.
