CareRite Centers is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee the Respiratory Therapy department. The role focuses on coordinating patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving quality improvement within a rehab setting.

The candidate will work with physicians, nurses, and other staff to optimize treatment plans, supervise staff, and maintain thorough documentation and data quality. A current RT license is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of respiratory care practices and terminology.
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation and coding standards.
• Current license to practice respiratory therapy.
• Ability to plan and implement program improvements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate respiratory therapy operations and quality of care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgeting, productivity goals, and revenue targets for the department.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing and medical staff.
• Maintain clinical documentation and data integrity for billing and reporting.
• Lead staff development and in-service training programs.
