Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
• Experience designing data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
• Experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing.
• Experience with site reliability engineering, observability, incident response, or disaster recovery at scale.
• Experience driving resilience or reliability engineering initiatives — including chaos engineering, failure mode analysis, or run-the-engine reduction programs.
• Experience with Agile delivery.
• Experience delivering large and complex programs with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• MBA or Master’s Degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of TPMs and build the TPM practice foundations.
