Job summary

You will supervise R&E staff, align projects with organizational goals, and guide evaluation methods, reporting, and grant requirements to advance community impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 8–10 years in research and evaluation with quantitative & qualitative methods.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience overseeing staff and operations.
• Experience aligning research projects with organizational priorities and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and programmatic leadership for the research portfolio.
• Oversee day-to-day functions of the R&E department and staff supervision.
• Translate organizational goals into actionable research plans.
• Lead evaluation components of grant development and reporting.
