Job description

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of R&D experience in Personal Care Product Manufacturing, ideally within Contract Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Directly work with Customers to develop product brief, timelines and budget.
• Lead R&D team with new formulations, scale up and project timelines. duct launches.
• Manage relationships with vendors to source raw materials.
• Lead a team of 10+
• Manage relevant tests (stability testing, Viscosity, pH testing and Drop testing)
• Collaborate with Regulatory and Quality teams to ensure compliance ( FDA, ISO 9001).

Qualifications and requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or similar (Cosmetics Science preferred).
• 8+ years' experience leading an R&D team.
• Proven ability to lead a team of Chemists.
• Knowledge in FDA, ISO 9001, 22716 and MoCRA.
