• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Quality to ensure seamless production scale-up.

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Quality to ensure seamless production scale-up.
• Ensure all products meet licensor (P&G) expectations, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Provide technical problem-solving and rapid iteration of product solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionality to refine product claims and performance.
• Stay ahead of emerging CPG technologies, ingredients, and industry trends to enhance innovation.
• Oversee daily R&D operations, ensuring efficiency and timely project execution.
• Implement streamlined R&D processes to maximize speed and effectiveness.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CPG R&D
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field (advanced degree preferred).

• Proven track record in product formulation, development, and commercialization.
• Experience working with licensed brands and contract manufacturing is a plus.
