Job summary

Christian Living Communities in Denver, CO seeks a dynamic leader to plan, organize, and direct rehabilitative services across physical, occupational, and speech therapy. You will build strong relationships with residents, families, and the care team while guiding program development and ensuring quality care.

The role requires a licensed therapist with 3–5 years of related experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to inclusive, collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• 3–5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current state license in therapy discipline; CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal & written communication, active listening, and social perceptiveness.
• Relationship building, compassionate leadership, and genuine appreciation for individuality and diverse life experiences.
• Critical thinking, sound judgment, and decision-making.
• Time management and service orientation.
• Promotes active learning and staff development.
• Collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs programs delivering rehabilitative services.
• Plans and implements overall rehabilitation program policies, procedures, and services.
• Ensures efficient and effective operations for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech departments.
• Identifies service opportunities through program planning and facilitates program development.
• Manages therapy staff in their day-to-day roles, taking time to understand each team member's strengths and supporting their professional growth.
• Trains and collaborates with therapy and nursing staff to strengthen communication and teamwork.
• Plans treatment schedules, tracks MDS assessments, and completes monthly billing.
• Analyzes data to determine the effectiveness of rehabilitative programs.
• Champions an inclusive, supportive workplace culture where diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and working styles are welcomed.
