Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, management, and operation of both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Staffing, program development, budget development and monitoring, program evaluation, quality assurance, risk management, and marketing support relating to the program.
• Responsible for a defined percentage of patient care on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Current license as a PT, OT or SLP in the state where the hospital resides is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role preferred.
