Overview:

Our skilled Nursing facility is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation(PHYSICAL THERAPIST) to oversee and manage our rehabilitation department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and possess excellent leadership skills.

Duties:

• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of patients
• Manage day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide comprehensive care for patients
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of rehabilitation staff
• Oversee budgeting and financial management for the department
  
  
  

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Experience in long-term-care rehabilitation
• Current licensure as a therapist in NY
• Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
• Ability to manage and support a team of rehabilitation professionals
