PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greeley is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead inpatient and outpatient services. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, shape rehabilitation programs, and drive patient outcomes through strategic leadership.

You will balance clinical and administrative duties, develop budgets, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence in patient care. This role offers opportunities for growth and impact within a reputable hospital system.

Qualifications

• Current PT/OT/SLP license in the state where the hospital is located.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, or hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the daily operations of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Develop, manage, and evaluate rehabilitation programs to support quality patient outcomes.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop rehabilitation staff.
• Provide clinical leadership and maintain a defined percentage of direct patient care.
• Develop and monitor department budgets and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Support quality assurance, performance improvement, and risk management initiatives.
• Monitor department performance, productivity, and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, case management, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote a positive culture focused on teamwork, employee engagement, and exceptional patient care.
• Support marketing and business development efforts to promote rehabilitation services and program growth.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, licensing, and organizational requirements.
